I feel comfortable with a veteran parent, to give me advice and help me through my worries and fears about becomng a parent myself.

Journal Entry - What are some roles/jobs that you might consider yourself a veteran at? What are you just beginning to experience? Describe a time that you sought out some advice or insight from a "veteran".

I feel that any job is a veteran job as long as the person has expirience. I am begginning to expirience adulthood and having responsibilty over my own life as well as my sons. Lately, I have been seeking out advice from my mom and alot of people who have expiriences with newborns and being parents. Its extremely helpful and nakes me feel at ease.

Courtney, your response is complete and serious. I am glad you are seeking advice from veteran parents - that is something all "new" parents do no matter what age they are or how many children they have. Keep asking the questions and learning all you can and also once Landyn is here you will have your own innate instincts to listen to as well - you have all the makings of a good mom! Mrs. P
